Meet the Sage's |
![]() Sage Insurance Group was the dream of Dennis Richards after 18 years of experience in the health insurance field. Dennis’ wanted to open his own agency with the freedom to provide the kind of customer service he himself would expect from his own insurance agent. Christine Richards, his wife, having grown up with two entrepreneur parents and a business / marketing education background jumped in to support the venture and in 2016, they opened the Richards Group Allstate insurance agency. Seven years later, possessing industry expertise and becoming somewhat frustrated with the lack of options available to captive insurance agents in an increasing hard insurance market, Dennis and Christine left Allstate, rebranded, and reopened as an independent insurance agency- Sage Insurance Group, with the ability to write policies through over 20 carriers.
