Christine and I like a good cheeseburger.  When we go to a fast food place that you see on TV all the time, everything tastes the same.  The burger comes out the same way.  You may be able to ask for no lettuce and extra pickles, but that is about all the customization that you are going to get.  However, when we go to family-owned burger restaurant we can customize the temperature of the burger, add some interesting toppings, have a variety of cheeses to choose from, and fit the meal to our taste.
